Meet the Founder

Scott Hill

Before I dive into my professional background and what qualifies me to do this ministry, it’s important to me that you know what guides me in everything I do. I believe in one God. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. The God Yahweh. I believe in his one and only son, Jesus Christ. I believe that through faith in Jesus and his sacrifice on the cross, he provided a way to have an eternity with God in Heaven.

I am a native-born Kentuckian. I have been involved in some aspect of Law Enforcement for the majority of my life. My background includes 8 years as an Army Military Police Officer and MP Investigator, followed by a career in Law Enforcement; Deputy Sheriff at El Paso County in Colorado, Hospital Security, Executive Protection, SRT Team member for an NFL team, alumni of multiple law enforcement citizen police academies and church safety and security teams.

In 1998 I started serving on staff at a Church in Colorado. In 1999 I met a brother in the Lord that was Director of a Large church ministry safety and security team. Through that conversation the Lord ignited a passion that has only continued to grow through the years.

I have served with many church safety and security teams over the years; from small 100 member churches to megachurches with much larger memberships. I have trained with some of the best instructors, teachers and church safety and security directors from small churches to churches with nearly 40,000+ in membership. I am currently serving with a local church safety and security team.

I have spent the last 27 years on a mission to learn and gather all the knowledge that I can to equip me to be the best at protecting God’s church that I can be. Following God’s leading I knew it was time to step out of the boat and onto the water where He is calling me to; That first step is a big scary one. I have launched this ministry to come alongside churches and equip them to be prepared, be trained, be protected and be at peace knowing they are ready. I have dedicated my life to serving Christ through protecting God’s people. My goal has been more than simply keeping churches safe-it has been, and always will be, to help churches continue fulfilling their mission with confidence, peace and preparedness.
